General
- URL domain is relevant and consistent with the product(s)
- WHOIS domain must be public and match the application
- Address listed on the application must match the address on the website
- Age verification is required prior to entering the site
- No unrealistic, false, or misleading claims — use "may" or "might," not "will"
- No endorsements, TV media clips, trademarks, or logos without proper licensing
- No false sense of urgency or countdown counters
- No cross-sales on checkout (no pop-ups for additional products)
